There are so many records I'm looking forward to in 2012, but the one I'm possibly most excited about is the new one from Detroit's own Lightning Love. If I were a pacer (I'm not generally; I have other ways in which I express my impatience and anxiety like tearing at my cuticles, screaming into a pillow or setting piles of old National Geographics on fire in my backyard), there would be some serious wear marks in my floor by the time January 31st rolled around, because that's when their new EP Girls Who Look Like Me comes out.
