Ike & Tina Turner - Workin' Together
Even though he used to beat the ever-loving shit out of Angela Bassett, at the height of their music career, Ike and Tina turner made some stunningly great albums together. While I'm personally more partial to Nutbush City Limits, Workin' Together is just as solidly good from start to finish. As an added bonus, it includes the power house version of "Proud Mary" that has become synonymous with the name Tina Turner.
